WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE VENUE?

Our versatile and recently expanded gallery space is designed to offer an ideal setting for a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to larger receptions. Depending on the particular seating or table arrangements you have in mind, our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 330 guests. For more specific details tailored to your unique event setup, we highly recommend reaching out to us so we can provide a customized solution to meet your needs.
HOW IS THE VENUE FEE FOR A PRIVATE EVENT DETERMINED?

WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE VENUE RENTAL FEE?
Your rental fee covers several services and amenities for a seamless event experience, including:
Access to our in-house tables and chairs/both before and after your event
Personal support from a dedicated Private Events Manager leading up to your event
On-the-day support from a Coordinator.

HOW DO I INQUIRE ABOUT DATE AVAILABILITY?

IS THE VENUE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN’S EVENTS?
Absolutely!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE A BOOKING DATE?
Securing your desired event date involves three steps: signing a formal agreement, making a 50% down payment of the venue rental fee, and paying a $500 refundable security deposit
CAN I RESERVE THE GALLERY FOR MULTIPLE DAYS?
Yes, you can reserve the gallery for multiple days, depending on your event’s needs and the gallery’s availability. Whether you’re planning an art exhibition, a multi-day corporate function, or another extended event, we’re happy to work with you to create a plan that suits your vision. We also offer discounts for consecutive days booked, making it even more convenient for longer events. Contact us to discuss your event details, and we’ll ensure your plans are accommodated.
WHAT ARE THE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR CORPORATE VENDORS?
We ask that all corporate vendors provide a valid certificate of insurance for the duration of the event.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE TYPES OF VENDORS I CAN USE?
We take pride in our open-vendor policy, which allows you to select any vendor that aligns with your event vision, however, we can also recommend our trusted vendors for a smoother experience.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR HIRE A PRIVATE CHEF FOR MY EVENT?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food or hire a private caterer for your gathering at The Ornate Studio. However, please note that our facilities are not equipped for cooking. We do provide a small kitchenette on the second floor, which includes a commercial refrigerator, prep area, and space for warming up and plating pre-prepared dishes.
Should you need recommendations for caterers or private chefs, or have specific inquiries regarding culinary arrangements, we are more than happy to assist you.
WHAT ARRANGEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EARLY DECORATING?
The host and vendors can start their setup process from the contracted “Start Time.” We are happy to accommodate early load-ins and late load-outs schedule pending.
WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS FOR GUESTS?
Street parking. Paid parking located one block away.
IS THE USE OF CANDLES PERMITTED DURING EVENTS?
Candles are allowed but must be enclosed in containers that exceed the height of the flame to catch any potential wax drippings.
WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING BREAKDOWN AND CLEANUP AFTER THE EVENT?
In order to maintain the pristine condition of our loft, all personal items, including décor, food, and party favors, should be removed from the premises by the designated “Vacate By” time mentioned in your contract. We’ve outlined the details in a comprehensive guideline you will receive during onboarding to assist you and your vendors in the breakdown and cleanup process:

All centerpieces, candles, and additional decor must be either removed or properly disposed of offsite.

Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked in designated areas, ready for pickup or storage.

All rented items, such as glassware or dinnerware, must be placed back into their original crates for pick-up. Similarly, linens must be bagged and consolidated with other rentals.

Leftover food items must be removed from the gallery to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.

All waste materials must be bagged securely and removed from the venue as per the close-of-event procedures.

HOW IS TRASH AND RECYCLING MANAGED POST-EVENT?
Our event coordinator and/or vendor staff will take charge of the proper disposal of all trash and recycling items after your event.
WHY IS THE MINIMUM VENUE RENTAL FIXED AT 4 HOURS?
Based on experience with various events, we’ve found that a minimum block of 4 hours allows for an adequately paced setup and teardown, ensuring a stress-free experience for hosts and vendors alike.
WHAT RESTRICTIONS EXIST REGARDING EVENT DECORATIONS?
We welcome your creativity but have certain limitations to avoid extensive clean-up or damages.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL RATES FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS?
We are committed to supporting non-profit causes. Therefore, 10% of the rental cost will be credited back to eligible non-profit organizations. Required documentation includes a tax exemption form and a valid 501(c) certificate.

Absolutely, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all our guests.
